The Sith fighters were ships commissioned by Darth Elmo after the discovery of Kermit, the son of original Jedi Master Lermit, in Napoleons on the planet Earth.
Kermit noticed the fighters attacking him while he was singing "The Rainbow Connection." Hearing them flying down and shooting, Kermit ran to inform his friend, the human Thomas Muller.
The fighters broke into Muller's shed, although the new Jedi were ready. Having built lightsabers, they held their own against the attacking fighters, destroying them by deflecting their own shots against them.
